Summary:

Hymans have been instructed by Andre Lakomy of AL Restructuring, in his capacity as an Appointed Administrator of Leuco Australia Pty Ltd (Administrator Appointed) to seek Expressions Of Interest for the Sale of Over $600k at cost of stock including Saw Blades, Router Bits, Drill Bits, Bearings and various other related items.

Expressions of Interest are being sought for the purchase of the entire stock only.

Stock sale be subject to the following conditions:

• All stock must be inspected prior to the submission of any offer.
• Purchasers are solely responsible for undertaking their own stock verification and due diligence.
• Inspections are available by appointment only.
