Summary

Andre Lakomy of AL Restructuring was appointed Liquidator of the Company by Order of the Court on 9 October 2025. The liquidator is seeking offers for the purchase of the Company’s business and / or assets. The landlord is open to negotiating a lease with an incoming tenant.

The company operated as a TGA-licensed contract manufacturer of pharmaceuticals, complementary medicines, and dietary supplements, located in Royal Park, South Australia. The company offered research & development, manufacturing, packing, and regulatory services.

The company operated from a GMP and GLP certified facility, with multi-dosage licenses covering:

• Tablets, capsules, granulates, sachets, liquids, gels, nasal sprays, and ointment
• ISO 5 certified dispensing room
• HACCP-certified area for gummies and nutraceuticals
• CIFER-certified importer for approved products into China

The company was certified to perform analytical and chemical testing through its TGA-accredited laboratory, ensuring product quality, compliance, and traceability.

• The Company’s activities to-date have revolved around setting up the business, obtaining licences.
• There’s been limited trading as the company has spent several years setting up the business and no financial information is available including profit & loss, balance sheet, depreciation schedule, tax returns.
• All employees were terminated upon the liquidator’s appointment.

Assets for sale/transfer include:

• Machinery / assets located at the company’s premises (detailed listing available)
• Licences
• Premises lease
• Trademark 2458320
• Trademark 2458322

All machinery is upgrade-ready, allowing scalable production to meet higher demand while maintaining strict GMP and regulatory standards. Some of the assets are encumbered, and the liquidator will negotiate the release of any charges as part of the transfer of assets to the ultimate purchaser(s).

The company’s GMP licence may be able to be transferred subject to approvals. Any interested parties need to make their own enquiries with respect to the transferability of the licences.
